7th European Industry and Research Exchange for Technical Textile Processes and Applications

More than 500 participants from 23 countries attended the EUTT online events in 2021 and 2022. Now the EUTT organizers are more than happy to invite you to the upcoming European meeting of experts for technical textiles, products, processes, services and ideas from industry and research. Our event will be held in-person again this year in Frankfurt a. M. in Germany.

Innovative Materials for Technical Textiles – safe, sustainable, bio-based

The demand for bio-based raw materials and fibres has increased noticeably during the last three years as we already know since the 4. EUTT. Bio and eco are keywords, playing an important role in achieving the EU climate protection goals. Still one should not forget, that new functions in technical textiles are essential too. To discuss this topic and to exchange our knowledge on a professional level, we invite innovative companies and researchers to Frankfurt. Because the topic of sustainability is so multifaceted, this time we are focusing on the safety and resource efficiency of technical textiles with an emphasis on bio-based materials.

The EUTT is an open platform for innovation, so everyone who is interested can exchange and discuss their experiences, ideas or information on the latest technologies.

Each speaker has 15 minutes for his talk plus extra time for questions and answers. Every participant will get a copy of the according presentation afterwards. Please keep in mind, that this is a face-to-face event and there won’t be any possibility to speak online or to do a pre-recording. The event will be held in English. Participation is free of charge.

Closing date for presentation proposals is Friday 10th March 2023
